  The foods always okay, the staff however...I honestly don't think that we've ever had a good experience with the staff here. I don't think that I've ever gotten a drink refill there and they never come to make sure that everything's good which kind of stinks especially when you still need your dipping sauce.
  They could not care less about us trying to order over the phone for pick up [considering they almost always hang up or just straight never answer] , They couldn't care if we were in front of their face ordering...They're not rude per say they just honestly really don't care at all.
  They need a reality and customer service check.
  We live literally two seconds from this restaurant and I'd honestly 100% recommend driving to the one in Grayson instead, it's a complete 180

  Went there for lunch, since I wasn't sure what the place is about. They looked very busy! I ordered Wings and Tender, it was about 12 dollars. Food came about 20 minutes later, the fries were the only thing that was hot, the wings and tenders were like warm. The size of the wings were tiny like literally the size of my pinky (or 2) and looked over cooked... which begs the question how is it possible that it looked overcooked and is not hot lol. The tenders were well... nothing like picture for sure, not even close.
  
  The food overall definitely didn't taste fresh like the menu advertised; the garlic Parmesan wings tasted funky compare to other places I've been to. Most of the fries were just over fried bits and pieces hidden on the bottom of a few fresh looking ones. I ate pretty much everything; but only because I paid for it, not because it was such amazing food.
  
  The waitress was nice, but I think she was pretty busy during the lunch time; didn't see her much.

  It really wasn't that busy. The first order we put in we waited almost 30 minutes. Part of the order was wrong. Surprising, they sent the correct order within a few minutes. We ordered more wings. Another rediculous wait, so we just paid our bill and left.
  
  There was another couple next to us and it appeared they were getting wings constantly.
  
  I doubt we will be back. It's an over priced chain restaurant. One of these days I will learn.

  Wish I read the reviews before going here. My experience was the same as all the other. Ok food ,horrible service,long wait time for everything. Brought the appetizer with the meal. Almost got one water per person. Counting to 6 is rough ,I know. Had to flag our server down for refills. Order was incorrect . Didn't give us spoons with our ice cream and one person in our party didn't even get their milkshake until 20 minutes after we were done with dessert and it was all orders at the same time. Then the bill comes and it is 50 dollars more than it should have been. She dumped someone elses tab on ours.probably because they walked out on her horrible service and she had to get it paid somehow. Needless to say we won't be back and we suggest you don't go unless you want this experience.
